What happens if a teacher or admin, in perceiving a threat, discharges their weapon and one of the rounds richochets off the floor and kills a child. Is the person liable and perhaps going to jail for manslaughter? These gun nuts are not thinking and could present a worse senario than  we presently have. Or perhaps an angry teacher loses control and goes postal? Or perhaps a High School teacher is over come by a strong student and is shot with the teachers gun as well as other students. Liability?
